We are seeking a business development manager to help support our growing Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success needs! Be part of a rapidly growing, fast-paced company looking to revolutionize the real estate industry with a strong focus on great customer experience.

We are looking for candidates that thrive in a highly collaborative, rapidly changing environment. To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter who is constantly challenging yourself to find new business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service who is able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach.


  • Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal

  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships

  • Present products to prospective clients

  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty

  • Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs

  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation

  • Pitch in however you can when needed. We’re a lean team and there will be “all hands on deck” moments


  • Proven experience as an business development manager, or similar sales/customer service role

  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles

  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office

  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

  • Organizational and time-management skills

  • Enthusiastic and passionate


  • Startup experience

  • 3-5 years of sales experience

  • Real estate experience
